The luxury project spans 4,000 hectares, offering wholesome F&B outlets and a wide range of facilities, including a beach club, a business centre, a sports centre, schools, supermarkets, nurseries, marinas, a community club, specialised clinics, and other commercial establishments, and will be home to more than 10,000 residents.
